Beef with Buter Dal
Ingredients
Beef – 500 grams
Buter dal – 250 grams
Cumin paste – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Garlic minced – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cinnamon – 2 pieces
Cardamom – 2 pieces
Cloves – 2 pieces
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Chili – 3/4 pieces
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chili powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – As per taste
AJI-NO-MOTO® – 1 tsp
Cooking Procedure
1. Wash the boot stems well, soak them for at least 30 minutes and wash the meat and drain the water. Now add oil in a pot and when it is hot, add chopped onion to fry for 2/3 minutes. Then add “AJI-NO-MOTO®”, pulses(Buter Dal) and all other ingredients except meat to the pot.
2. When the spices are cooked, add the beef and pulses(Buter Dal) and mix again well. Now add enough water to the minced meat and let the meat boil. When the dal gravy thickens, add “AJI-NO-MOTO®” to it and your Beef with Buter Dal is ready after 5 minutes.
