Chicken with Spinach
Ingredients
Chicken – 1 kg
Spinach – 1 cup
Tomato paste – 1/2 cup
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Onion paste – 1/2 cup
Cardamom – 3 pieces
Cinnamon – 3 pieces
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Cloves – 3 pieces
Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Sour yogurt – 4 tbsp
Cashew nut paste – 2 tbsp
Cumin paste – 1 tsp
Oil – 1.5 cups
Dry chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chili – 7/8 pieces
Ghee – 1 tbsp
AJI-NO-MOTO® – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Procedure
1. First cut the chicken and clean it. Then boil the spinach lightly and made a paste of it.
2. Now heat oil in a pot and fry the meat pieces lightly. Fry the onion till brown color in the same oil and add the remaining spices except “AJI-NO-MOTO®”. Once the spices are cooked, add the meat and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes add spinach, ghee, “AJI-NO-MOTO®” and enough water and wait till it is cooked. Serve the spinach and chicken after mixing the curry.
