Piyaju

Ingredients
Potatoes – 250 grams
Besan/Chickpea flour – 250 grams
Chili powder – A pinch
Turmeric powder – l pinch
Dry chili powder – 3/4 pieces
Salt – As per taste
Garlic paste – A pinch
Onion – 2 pieces
Mustard oil – 2tsp
Coriander leaves – As needed
AJI-NO-MOTO® – 1/4 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First boil the potatoes. Then chop the onion and fry it to make ‘beresta’, and fry the dry red chilies.
2. Now mix the fried onion, dry chilies, mustard oil, coriander leaves, salt, and “AJI-NO-MOTO®” well with the potatoes and give it small round shapes.
3. Take gram flour in a bowl and make a batter with turmeric powder, dry chili powder, salt, garlic paste, and water as required. Dip the potato mixture in batter and fry in hot oil.
