Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
Boiled Rice – 500 grams
Chicken – 200 grams
Chopped Onion – 1 piece
Oil – 5 tsp
Carrot – 50 grams
Long bean – 50 grams
Capsicum – 50 grams
Tomato – 50 grams
Chili – 5 to 6 pieces
Egg – 1 piece
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®” – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Procedure
1. First boil the rice and drain the water. Then put oil in a pot and fry onion and egg for 1 minute.
2. Next fry for another 2 to 3 minutes with chicken. Gradually add boiled rice, capsicum, tomato, green chilies and soy sauce.
3. Add sugar, salt, “AJI-NO-MOTO®” and fry for another 4 to 5 minutes. Now it will become a delicious healthy chicken fried rice to enjoy with family.
