Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
Boneless meat – 500 grams
Onion – 7/8 pcs
Oil – 2 tbsp
Kebab masala – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 4/5 pieces
Cinnamon – 2 pieces
Booter daal – 100 grams
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chilli – 7/8 pieces
Mint leaves – As required
Coriander leaves – As required
Salt – As per taste
Egg – 1 piece
Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs – 3/4 tbsp
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First, soak the booter daal in water for 30 minutes and then boil it. When the daal is cooked, drain the water.

2. Boil boneless meat, onion, oil, cardamom, cinnamon, daal, powdered chili, green chili, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of kebab masala and enough water in a pot.

3. When all the ingredients are boiled, blend them in the blender machine. Then mix the cooked meat with ginger, garlic, egg, kebab masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs and a teaspoon of “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”.

4. Fry it in oil in round size of your choice and your favorite Chicken Tikka is done.
