Chicken Curry
Ingredients
Chicken – 6 pieces
Onion – 6/7 pcs
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin paste – 1 tsp
Cardamom – 4/5 pieces
Cinnamon – 2/3 pieces
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Green chilies – 3/4 pieces
Potato – 1 piece
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Cooking Procedure:
1. Firstly, cut the meat and wash it. Slice the potatoes as desired and put oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add onion and fry it well for 2-3 minutes.
2. Then mix all ingredients except meat, potatoes, and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” in the pot and cook well with 1 cup of water.
3. When the spices are cooked, add the meat and potatoes and after 1-2 minutes add enough water.
4. Finally, add “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” when the gravy thickens and your yummy Chicken curry will be done.
