Dherosh Bhaji
Ingredients
Lady fingers (Dherosh) – 1 kg
Onion – 3 pieces
Garlic- 1 large piece
Chilli – 7/8 pieces
Oil – 1 cup
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – As required
Cooking Procedure
1. First, wash and drain the water before cutting the vegetable. Then cut it into small pieces.
2. Add oil to a pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, green chilies and turmeric powder and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then mix well and add salt as needed. Then reduce the flame and cook.
3. When the Dherosh is cooked, mix it with “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” and coriander leaves. Cook for a while and your delicious Dherosh Bhaji is done.
