Beef Korma

Ingredients
Beef – 2 kg
Chopped onions – 2 cups
Ginger paste – 3 tbsp
Garlic paste – 3 tbsp
Cumin batter – 1 tbsp
Popcorn – 1 tsp
Cashew nuts – 3 tbsp
Oil – 3 cups
Nutmeg – as required
Javitri – as required
Liquid milk – 1 cup
Chilli – 4 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 4/5 pieces
Cinnamon – 3 pieces
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Bell pepper – 3/4 pieces
Long – 2 pcs
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt – As per taste
Sour yogurt – 1/2 cup
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. Cut the meat and wash it well and drain the water then mix well with all the ingredients except liquid milk, ghee and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” in a pan.

2. Then mix the meat well and add plenty of hot water.

3. When the korma gravy thickens add liquid milk, ghee and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”. Delicious Beef Korma is done.
