Palong Shaak Bhaji
Ingredients
Spinach (Palong Shaak) – 1 kg
Chopped onions – 2/3 pieces
Garlic cloves (small) – 1 pc
Oil – 4 tbsp
Green chillies – 4/5 pieces
Dry chillies – 2 pieces
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Cooking Procedure
1. Cut the leaves and wash them well and boil. Then drain the water.
2. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry chopped onion, chopped garlic, dried chillies, green chillies.
3. Then add salt to taste with the vegetables. Finally, cook for 2 to 3 minutes with 1 teaspoon of “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” as desired. This will make delicious Spinach.
