Rupchada Fry

Ingredients
Rupchanda – 2 pieces
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbs
Fish sauce – 2 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Salt – As per taste
Cornflower – 2 tbsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First, cut the fish and wash them well.

2. Then mix “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” with ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, corn flower, mustard oil well.

3. Mix the ground spices with the fish and marinate for 1 hour.

4. Then fry well with enough oil. This is how your favorite Rupchada Fries will be ready to serve.
