Cauliflower Fry

Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1 piece (large)
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Eggs – 4 pieces
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Bread crumb – 200 grams
Oil – 500 grams
Chickpea flour – 2 cups

Cooking Procedure

1. First cut the cauliflower into small pieces and boil it half with salt and then let it cool.

2. Then mix the cauliflower well with egg, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, pepper, turmeric, salt, gram flour and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”.

3. Coat the cauliflower with bread crumbs and fry. This is how delicious Cauliflower Fries will be prepared.
