Beef Curry

Ingredients
Beef – 1 kg
Potatoes – 2 pieces
Nutmeg – 1/4tsp
Jayatri – 1 pinch
Ginger paste – 3 tsp
Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Cumin paste – 1 tsp
Almond paste – 1 tbsp
Onion – 6-7 pieces
Oil – 1 cup
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Cardamom – 5-6 pieces
Cinnamon – 3-4 pieces
Chilli powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️”- 1 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First, cut the meat as you like, wash well and drain the water. Add 1 cup of oil in a bowl and mix well with potatoes and all other ingredients except “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”.

2. Then mix the meat well and cover the pan with the potatoes and meat.

3. After 2-3 minutes cover with water for some time. Add the “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” last when the curry gravy thickens and delicious Beef curry is done.
