Bean and Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1 piece
Carrot – 2 pieces
Bean – 250 grams
Onion – 4 pieces
Garlic – 1 piece
Oil – 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Green chilies – 5 to 6 pieces
Coriander leaves – As required
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Salt – As per taste

Cooking Procedure

1. First, chop the vegetables of your choice. And put oil in a pan and fry chopped onion, chopped garlic for 1/2 minute.

2. Then Mix turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt with 1/2 cup of water and add the vegetables.

3. Pour plenty of water and finally add “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”, coriander leaves and green chillies. This is how the Bean and Cauliflower curry will be done.
