Bhelpuri

Ingredients
Dabli daal – 500 grams
Chopped onions – 1 cup
Chilli – 10/12 pieces
Dry roasted chilies – 5/6 pieces
Tomato paste – 2 cups
Chopped cucumber – 3/4 pieces
Coriander leaves – As required
Mix spices – 2 tbsp
Salt – As per taste
Grated carrot – 1 pieces
Black salt – As per taste
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️”- 1 tsp

Sauce:
Tamarinds – 250 grams
Sugar – As per taste
Dry Chilli Powder – As required

Cooking Procedure:

1. First, wash the dabli and soak it in water for 1 hour. Then boil the dabli in a bowl with enough water and salt for 30 minutes.

2. Drain the excess water from the boiled dabli.

3. Garnish with your choice of cucumber, carrot, onion, tomato and tamarind sauce and make delicious velpuri at home.

4. Tamarind Sauce
First, soak the tamarinds in water for 30 minutes. After making tamarind decoction, mix sugar and dry chilli powder well and strain it, tamarind will become sour.
