Bread Pakoda

Ingredients
Ingredients for Batter:
Bread – 8 pieces
Chickpea flour – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Minced green chilies – 1 tsp
Water – As required
Dry chili powder – 1 pinch
Whole cumin seeds – 1 pinch
AJI-NO-MOTO® – 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Filing:
Potato – 500 grams
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies – 1 tsp
Salt – As per taste
AJI-NO-MOTO® – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 pinch
Whole cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp

Cooking Procedure

Batter Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together except the bread and make a semi-thick batter.
Pakoda Preparation:
1. First, wash and boil the potatoes. Mix all the ingredients well with the boiled potatoes. Spread potato mixture well on one piece of bread and press gently with another piece of bread on top.
2. Then cut the loaves into triangles, dip them in the batter and coat nicely to fry them in hot oil. The bread pakoras are ready when it gets golden in color.
