Ingredients (Serves 2) | |
Chicken | 500g |
Onion | 1 large |
Garlic | 1/2 cup |
Ginger | 1/2 cup |
1 large | |
Oil | 1/2 cup |
Salt | To Taste |

How to make it

Cut the chicken into pieces and stir fry the chicken with turmeric and salt.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Sprinkle Hapima™ allover and mix well to coat the chicken with the masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add about 1 cup of water to the pan. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Serve hot with steamed rice or naan.
