Daal Chorchori
Ingredients
Daal – 250 grams
Chopped onion – 2 pieces
Small garlic cloves – 4 tbsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Chilli – 3/4 pieces
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Cooking Procedure
1. Wash the daal and soak it in water for 10 minutes. Then put oil in a pot and fry onion, garlic for 1-2 minutes.
2. Mix it well with chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, salt and 1 cup of water and drain the water and add the daal.
3. Add enough water, green chillies to taste along with “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”. Your favorite Daal Chochori is done.
