Dim Bhuna

Ingredients
Eggs – 8 pieces
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1/2 cup
Cardamom – 1 piece
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Bay leaves – 1 piece
Long – 1 piece
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First boil the eggs and peel them. Then lightly fry the eggs with a pinch of salt and turmeric.

2. Fry the chopped onions in oil for 1 to 2 minutes and mix well with all ingredients except “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”.

3. Add egg and water when the gravy thikens. Add 1tsp “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” when the gravy thickens and this is how delicious Dim Bhuna will be prepared.
