Dim Chop
Ingredients
Potato – 1 kg
Eggs – 10 pieces
Bread crumb – 2 cups
Dry chillies – 5/6 pieces
Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped onions – 4 to 5 pieces
Coriander leaves – As required
Salt – As per taste

Cooking Procedure
1. First boil potatoes and eggs and peel them. Then lightly fry the chillies and onions in a pot with oil.
2. Mix the boiled potatoes with dry chillies, onion, coriander leaves, roasted cumin seeds, mustard oil, salt and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” well.
3. Shape the chops of your choice with boiled eggs along with mashed potatoes. Then add raw egg and bread crumbs and fry with enough oil. This is how the favorite Dim chop will be done.
