Kachki Fish Bhuna
Ingredients
Cuttlefish (Kachki Maach) – 500 grams
Oil – 1/2 cup
Chopped onions – 1 cup
Garlic cloves – 2 pieces
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 teaspoon
Green chillies – 2/3 pieces
Coriander leaves – As required
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Cooking Procedure
1. First clean and wash the fish well then take oil in a pan.
2. Fry onion and garlic cloves for 3-4 minutes. Next mix it well with turmeric, pepper, ginger, salt.
3. Add the fishes and then add enough water. When gravy thickens, add coriander leaves, green chillies and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” and it turns out to be a delicious Kachki Fish Fry.
