Katol Fish Curry
Ingredients
Fish – 6 pieces
Small cauliflower – 1 piece
Onion – 4 to 5 pieces
Small garlic – 1 piece
Green Chilli – 2/3 pieces
Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 cup
Salt – As per taste
Tomato – 2 pieces
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – As required
Cooking Procedure
1. First, wash the fish well. Gradually add 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of turmeric and 1 pinch of chilli powder and fry it as desired with 1/2 cup of oil.
2. Then add 1/2 cup of oil in a pan, then add chopped onion and chopped garlic and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Mix turmeric and chili powder with a cup of water. Add cauliflower and fry for 1 to 2 minutes and give plenty of water.
4. Mix fried fish, tomatoes and green chillies. When the fish gravy thickens, add “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” and coriander leave and tasty Katol Fish curry will be done.
