| Papaya | 50g |
| Pumpkin | 50g |
| Potato | 100g |
| Carrot | 50g |
| Coriander | 1 Tsp |
| Onion | 2 medium |
| Green Chili | 2 pieces |
| Oil | 1/2 cup |
| Hapima™ | 1 Packet |
How to make it

Heat 1/2 cup oil and add the finely chopped onion to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minute until it turns brown.

Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan. Stir well to coat them with the tempered oil and add 1 packet Hapima™.

Mix well and cover the for the pan for 10 minutes to cook. Later on open cover and stir for more 5-6 minutes.

Serve the mix vegetable curry with steamed rice, khichuri, paratha for a wholesome meal.
Tips of the day!
- Use oil while boiling the pasta which prevents them sticking with each other.
