Panch Mishali Sabji
Ingredients
Potato – 200 grams
Carrot – 200 grams
Long Bean – 200 grams
Cauliflower – 1 piece (small)
Sweet pumpkin – 200 grams
Small shrimps – 200 grams
Green chilies- 7/8 pieces
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – as per quantity
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
Onion – 3 pieces (chopped)
Garlic – 1 piece (chopped)
Cooking Procedure
1. First, cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Then wash the vegetables separately. Then put oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, fry onion and garlic for 1/2 minutes.
2. Then add turmeric and chili powder and cook the prawns with 1 cup of water. Then add potatoes and carrots to the pan.
3. When the potatoes and carrots are half cooked, add the rest of the vegetables and stir them well.
4. Add green chilies and salt. Finally, mix well with coriander leaves and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” and serve it hot.
