Piyaju

Ingredients
Red lentils – 250 grams
Onion – 3 pieces
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – As needed
Green chilies – 6/7 pieces
Salt – As per taste
AJI-NO-MOTO® – 1/2 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First, wash the lentils well and soak them in water for 10/15 minutes. Then drain the water and grind the dal.
2. Mix all the ingredients together with lentil paste and add “AJI-NO-MOTO®”.  After that, fry the mixture in hot oil in your desired shape and get the taste of crispy Piyaju.
