Potato Curry

Ingredients
Potato – 1 kg
Chopped onions – 1 cup
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 3/4 pieces
Cinnamon – 2 pieces
Cloves – 2 pieces
Bay leaves – 1 ppiece
Dry chillies – 2 pieces
Whole cumin – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 cup
Salt – As per taste
Tomato paste – 2 pieces
Chilli – 3/4 pieces
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp

Cooking Procedure:

1. First, wash the potatoes and boil them with enough salt and peel it. Then lightly fry the boiled potatoes with a pinch of turmeric, chili powder and salt.

2. Put oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, fry whole cumin seeds, chopped onions until brown. Then mix the spices well with all the ingredients.

3. Once the masala is cooked, add the fried potatoes and enough water. Add “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” when the gravy thickens in the potatoes. And delicious Potato curry is ready!
