Rui Fish Curry

Ingredients
Fish – 6 pieces
Onion – 6/7 pieces
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chilli – 2/3 pieces
Salt – As per taste
Coriander leaves – As required
Oil – 1 cup
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️”- 1tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First, wash the fish well. Then put 1/2 cup of oil in a pan fry the fish with turmeric powder and chilli powder.

2. Again add oil to another pot. When the oil is hot add chopped onions and fry well for 2-3 minutes. Then stir it well with ginger paste, turmeric and chilli powder and 1 cup of water. Now, add the fried fish and cover the pot after adding enough water.

3. When the gravy thickens add green chillies and coriander leaves and lastly add “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”. This is how you will make your delicious Rui fish curry.
