Rui Fish Murighonto

Ingredients
Moong dal – 500 grams
Cardamom – 3 to 4 pieces
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Chilli – 4/5 pcs
Cinnamon – 2 pcs
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 cup
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Salt – As per taste
Green chillies – 4/5 pieces
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First, fry the fish head and dal separately and soak the fried dal in water for 20 minutes.

2. Then add oil to a bowl. When the oil is hot, fry the chopped onions for 1-2 minutes. Mix well with all ingredients except “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” and green chillies.

3. Cook for another 3-4 minutes with the fish head added. Then add the soaked dal and add enough water.

4. Add “AJI-NO-MOTO®️” and green chillies when the batter thickens. Your favorite Rui Fish murighonto will be ready.
