Spicy Tengra Fish Curry

Ingredients
Tengra fish – 250 grams
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Garlic cloves – 1 piece
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1/2 cup
Chili – 3/4 pcs
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Dry chili powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – As per taste
Coriander leaves – As needed
AJI-NO-MOTO® – 1/2 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. Cut all the fish and wash them well. Now heat oil in a pot and add chopped onion, chopped garlic and fry for 1/2 minutes. When the garlic turns brown, mix it with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, dry chili powder, and salt.
2. Cook the fish in ground spices for 1/2 minute. Then cook the fish with enough water. When the gravy is almost thick, add the “AJI-NO-MOTO®” and coriander leaves to your Spicy Tengra fish curry.
