Spinach Pakora
Ingredients
Spinach – 150 grams
Rice powder – 4 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
Roasted garlic – 1 tsp
Chopped onion – 3/4 pieces
Chilli – 5/6 pieces
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Chickpea flour – 6 tbsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Mashed potatoes – 1 pieces
Egg – 1 piece
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Procedure:
1. First, wash the vegetables well and cut them. Then mix all of the ingredients well except the oil.
2. Put oil in a pan. In the oil hot, fry the pakoras in the size of your choice. Your favorite Spinach Pakora is done!
