How to make it

Boil the chowmein in water for 5-7 minutes with 2 pinch salt. Heat the oil in another wok over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it becomes translucent, about 2-3 minutes

Add egg, sliced tomato, peas and julienned carrot to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.

Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together to ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through..

Now add 1 packet Hapima™, mix well and let it for 2-3 minutes more and your hot and spicy vegetable noddles is ready.

Tips of the day!

  • Use tomato sauce, soya sauce or dark soya sauce to make the chowmein more palatable.
