Chinese Vegetable with Chicken

Ingredients
Boiled Chicken – 200 grams
Onion – 2 pieces
Papaya – 100 grams
Carrot – 100 grams
Cauliflower – 100 grams
Capsicum – 50 grams
Bottle Gourd – 50 grams
Tomato – 50 grams
Oil – 3 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Minced garlic – in quantity
Salt – as per taste
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Chili – 4 to 5 pieces
Water – in quantity
“AJI-NO-MOTO®” – 1/2 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First cut the chicken and vegetables as per your preference. Then put oil in a pot, then fry the minced garlic and onion for 1 minute.
2. Next fry all the vegetables except tomato and capsicum for 2 to 3 minutes and add enough hot water.
3. Gradually add green chilies, sugar, soy sauce, salt, cumin. When the water boils, add the corn flour your delicious chicken chinese vegetable is prepared to serve with any kind of rice.
