Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
Boiled Rice – 500 grams
Oil – 4 tsp
Onion – 1 small peach
Carrot – 50 grams
Long Bean – 50 grams
Capsicum – 50 grams
Tomato – 50 grams
Chili – 4.5 pitches
Egg-1 peach
Sauce – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®” – 1/2 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First boil the rice, then drain the water. Add oil to a pan and fry the onion and egg for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Then add the carrot and the for another 1.2 minutes. Gradually add boiled rice, capsicum, tomato, green chilies, soy sauce, sugar, salt and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. At the end of cooking add 1/2 tsp “AJI-NO-MOTO®” your healthy tasty vegetable fried rice is done.
