Vegetable Noodles
Ingredients
Instant Noodles – 2 small packets
Oil- 4 tsp
Onion – 1 small piece
Cabbage – 100 grams
Carrot – 100 grams
Chili – 4/5 piece
Egg – 1 piece
Capsicum – 50 grams
Tomato – 50 grams
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®” – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Procedure
1.First boil the noodles and cut the vegetables as per your preference.
2. Put oil in a pot and when fry the onions and egg in hot oil and for 1 minute. Then add the carrots and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the boiled noodles and fry for another 4 to 5 minutes with the rest of the ingredients. Lastly add “AJI-NO-MOTO®” and serve a healthy and fun vegetable noodle.
