Vegetable Broth | 4 cup |
Water | 2 cup |
Lemon | 2 Tbs |
Carrot | 50g |
Papaya | 50g |
Onion | 1 medium |
Salt | To taste |
Hapima™ | 1/2 Packet |
How to make it

In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, carrot, and papaya. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.

Pour in the water to another pot. Add the vegetable broth and sautéed vegetables to the pot. Sauté for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the half a packet Hapima™ the and salt. Stir to combine. Keep on stove for 20 minutes and enjoy hot and spicy flavored soup.

- Add chicken stock to add a chicken flavour.
