Jaali Kebab

Ingredients
Minced beef – 500 grams
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Minced Chilli – 8/10 pieces
Eggs – 8 pieces
Bread Crumb – 1 cup
Mint leaves – As required
Salt – As per taste
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️” – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Kebab Masala – 2 tbsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First, wash the meat well and drain the water.

2. Mix well with 2 eggs and all ingredients and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”. Then beat the rest of the eggs.

3. Then fry the kebabs as per your choice in round shape with beaten egg. This is how your favorite Jaali Kebab will be done.
