Dim Korma

Ingredients
Eggs – 8 pieces
Chopped onions – 3/4 pieces
Onion batter – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 tbs
Garlic – 1 tbs
Oil – 1 cup
Green chili paste – 1 tbsp
Whole green chilies – 4/5 pieces
Cardamom – 3/4 pieces
Cinnamon – 2/3 pieces
Bay leaves – 2 pieces
Black pepper – 4/5 pieces
Cumin – 1 tsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts- 2 tbsp
Salt – As per taste
Liquid milk – 1 cup
“AJI-NO-MOTO®️”- 1 tsp

Cooking Procedure

1. First, boil the eggs and peel them. Then lightly fry the eggs with enough salt.

2. Put oil and ghee in a bowl. When the oil and ghee are hot, fry the onion slices until brown.

3. Then mix well with all ingredients except “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”, milk and whole green chillies and add enough water to the eggs.

4. When the korma gravy thickens, add milk, green chillies and “AJI-NO-MOTO®️”. Your delicious Dim Korma is done.
